Loralee & David's Engagement Photos
We took the photos at the Salt Flats and over near the Saltair, hauling all kinds of props that David had come up with. I think they made for some very cute pictures. I had a lot of fun taking their pictures and surprisingly David didn't pull that many faces, which I was worried about. He came out with some really sweet shots. It was a beautiful day and the sky was amazing. We got there in the early morning. The one called "Suitcases Revised 2" is the one going out with most of the invitations. All of these photos have been edited in Photoshop by Loralee.
Just to toot my horn a little, here are some things that have been passed on to me from Loralee and David when they show my pictures. David put up straight out of the camera, non-edited shots on his myspace page and a couple people wanted to know who had taken them and they looked really professional. Then Loralee took some photos to Walmart to get printed, the lady told her that they couldn't reprint professional photos. Loralee explained that her roommate took them and that I wasn't a professional but the lady didn't believe her at first and it took some convincing to get her to print them. Pretty awesome huh? I really did have a good time. Once I get a better computer then I can get better at photoshop and do my own photos.

They are very nice, very beautiful!
wow! those are fantastic!
I love quirky photos. What a beautiful background. How fun!
What a great idea for engagement photos! Very original. But how did you get all that stuff out there?! Couches, table and chairs...sheesh.
We borrowed a friends truck to haul it all.
Thank Ben! Coming from a professional that makes me feel so great.
hey cassie! (it's your cuz, angie) those pics are totally cool! very creative! I didn't know you were into that. very good!
Wow - those pictures turned out really well! I would never have thought to take engagement pictures at the Salt Flats but I love it! The sky really does look amazing and I love her dress with the starkness of the Flats. Good job!
great engagement pictures. so fun too.
I saw them already, but again, they look fabulous! That's hilarious about the lady at Walmart...and very complementary! I said the same thing Julie did, I would have never thought to take engagement pictures at the Salt Flats, but they turned out so awesome! You guys will probably start a trend of Salt Flat engagement pictures. :)
And so we discover another of Cassie's amazing talents. I have two questions for you. 1) Is there anything you can't do? 2) I need to get so good pictures of my little Sophie Bug, do you have any inspired ideas?
