Grateful that the numbers on the scale went down

Whenever I'm on a kick to lose weight I weigh myself incessantly. It's quite frustrating because the numbers go up and down all the time. But this morning I weighed myself and the difference was more than usual so it makes me think that I have lost a little. It will probably spike up again but hopefully only by a little but not up to what I originally was.

I've just been trying to eat more times a day but not as much. I try to take the stairs instead of the elevator for some exercise and I think that has been helping. I've had a few mess-ups but it's okay. I've just gotta keep trying. I've got lean cuisines for tomorrow. I really hope it's working. I've gained so much in just two years. Hopefully it won't take that long to take it off.

I just got back to where I was before Christmas. I like Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice most of the time but sometimes get tired of them. Wish I liked salads more. Stick with it and you'll do good.

Congrats on losing weight! I totally weigh myself every day, too! Now I'm going to TRY to weigh myself just once a week, but I doubt I'll be able to resist too long. We'll see. I think you're doing good things; eating smaller portions, taking the stairs, etc, and they'll definitely pay off. And, it's good that you see the mess ups but don't agonize over them and let them discourage you! You're totally awesome!!! Keep up the great work!
