This is going to be really short because I didn't really accomplish anything last year that I wanted to so we'll go a little simpler. I really think this year needs to be the year that I lose weight. Not sure how I will do it but I want to find a way to lose ten pounds a month.
I also plan on a little experiment where this month I try to adhere to almost all the LDS recommendations like: daily scripture reading, daily prayer, attend all church meetings and magnify my calling, etc. You know all that junk. (: Just kidding. I don't really do any of things now and I want to see if I feel any different with it more in my life. I'm not saying that after a month if nothing happens, I'll swear off religion but I just want to see what might happen. I don't really have any expectations.
That's pretty much it. Just need to focus on my spiritual and physical well-being this year.

I think keeping it simple is a great idea. And, these are great goals. Good luck! I'm glad we've decided to support each other as we try to improve our lives. 2009 is going to be awesome!
I know I felt better when I read the scriptures every day. So why did I quit after reading the Book of Mormon? I don't know!!!! This year we study D & C. Maybe I'll get a study guide like my B of M guide. It really made the scriptures easier to understand. I'm going to try to lose weight too. Just as soon as all the junk food is gone.
