Okay, So I had another blog on a different website but it sucked and no one ever visited it. This website is much better but it isn't MAC friendly which is what my computer at home is. But now at work I use a PC and usually post on my blog during that time anyway so I figured a switch would be good. Yes, I am kind of a slacker, but really I just get my work done quickly and don't have anything else to do.
So the premise is basically the same. As my title says the lines of communication (well really just lines but that's what comments are for) are now open. So I'll use my blog to throw out random thoughts from time to time. Vent on frustrations (this could happen often). Talk about movies because I love movies..love love love love. Also, books because I've decided that I need to read a lot more books this year and some of them need to be fairly intelligent. So if anyone has any reccommendations by all means let me know.
So welcome to my 3rd try of blogging. (input cliche here)
Oh if you are wondering about my other other blog...well I think I only posted on it twice and it was at the same crappy website.

I'm glad you are using blogspot now. Since it's easier to comment on, I'll add it to my links. I love blogspot because you can change the colors and designs. My friend Cardine has a template similar to yours and she totally changed the background. Happy blogging!
Just letting you know that I was here. Also, you should be receiving an announcement tomorrow or the next day.
Yeah I'm so excited. I had three people call me asking for my address including you but really you emailed me. So I figured I should be covered for getting one.
Cassie,
As a friend of Julie's I hope you don't mind me posting.
Re: Movies
I saw Munich the other night and I would love to hear from someone else who saw it -have you seen it? Or are you going to see it?
Next time you post something, try to leave out the words, sucked and crappy. (This is your mother speaking.) I just read two really interesting books, completely different. One is huge, A History of the Jews, but Paul Johnson. The other is Elsewhere by Gabrielle Zevin. The first took two and a half weeks to read and the other one day, but both were great.
Hey thanks mom for the book reccommends. I'll check them out. Mom you know that is how I talk. Don't you think my blog should have the essence of me in it.
I haven't seen Munich yet, but I want to. I love all Steven Spielberg's dramas. Schindler's list is one of my favorite movies. Did you like Munich, C Jane?
I LOVED it.
Whatever, Cassie. You said you're repsonsible for your own happiness. Start by blogging positively. When are your coming home so I can lecture you in person. It's so much more fun. :)
I love you, you know.
I typically have a movie and a book of the... Unfortunately, my books tend to be less than intelligent because I am fixated on elementary-school-era Newberry-type or banned books. You may have missed a good sci-fi "Ender's Game" on the book list, and we appear to like at least one of the same movies. Based on you liking Eternal Sunshine, I'd have to recommend "Memento" and "Identity" if you haven't seen them.
Do you count a state that you sat on a plan the whole time? Remember Nebraska? ... and we did walk through the airport in Minneapolis.
I hope you got the AP reading list this weekend from Jenny. I got a copy for myself, but I'm still in my mystery reading mode. I save the thoughtful and thought-provoking stuff for the summer. Who knows-- now that I'm going part time, I may be able to ready that stuff all year round.
